Creative designer and founder of pstepanek.com and skyhighart.com, Peter Stepanek is originally from the mysterious and romantic city of Prague.

Entranced by the wonderful mysteries of photography, he began a journey of invention and innovation. He marries over 15 years of international travel and artistic exposure in his current media projects.

Growing up in Prague and in Scandinavia [Halmstad, Sweden] Peter’s penchant for adventure prompted a countrywide tour through the United States. Shortly thereafter, he settled in the Nation’s Capital, where he has established himself as one of the finest photographers in the tri-state area (DC, MD, VA).

Based in Washington, DC, Peter devotes a majority of his services to charitable functions and campaigns, fundraisers, corporate events, weddings, executive portraits, travel and stock photography, fashion, interior & exterior design, architecture and more.

He is the president of Skyhighart.com (est. 2001) and serves as Director of Photography for GVP Media (GVPmedia.com) – The Best Of Washington DC Publication. He is a member of The National Press Club and a photographer for The Wire.
